(EN)The present invention relates to a graphene-based composition for forming a conductive film, an ionic polymer conductive film composite for generating electricity using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to: a graphene-based composition for forming a conductive film, which acquires electrical energy generated in correspondence with kinetic energy of an ocean current in seawater by manufacturing an ionic polymer conductive film composite using the graphene-based composition for forming a conductive film formed from a conductive material; an ionic polymer conductive film composite for generating electricity using the same; and a method for manufacturing the same. The technical subject matter of the present invention relates to a graphene-based composition for forming a conductive film, which comprises nafion, graphene, carbon nanotubes, acetylene black, molybdenum, nickel, polyaniline, isopropyl alcohol and butyl cellosolve, an ionic polymer conductive film composite for generating electriciy using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same.
(FR)La présente invention porte sur une composition à base de graphène permettant former une pellicule conductrice, un composite de pellicule conductrice polymère ionique permettant de générer de l'électricité l'utilisant, et son procédé de fabrication et, plus spécifiquement sur: une composition à base de graphène permettant de former une pellicule conductrice, laquelle acquiert l'énergie électrique générée en correspondance avec l'énergie cinétique d'un courant océanique dans l'eau de mer en fabriquant un composite de pellicule conductrice polymère ionique au moyen de la composition à base de graphène permettant de former une pellicule conductrice formée à partir d'un matériau conducteur ; un composite de pellicule conductrice polymère ionique permettant de générer de l'électricité ; et son procédé de fabrication. L'objet technique de la présente invention porte sur une composition à base de graphène permettant de former une pellicule conductrice, laquelle comprend du Nafion, du graphène, des nanotubes de carbone, du noir d'acétylène, du molybdène, du nickel, de la polyaniline, de l'alcool isopropylique et du Butyl Cellosolve, un composite de pellicule conductrice polymère ionique permettant de générer de l'électricité, et son procédé de fabrication.
