(EN)According to one embodiment, provided is a method by which an electronic device comprising a minimum fingerprint sensing area processes fingerprint information, comprising the steps of: acquiring a fingerprint image from the fingerprint sensing area; calculating a shade change value, defined by a shade difference value from a neighboring pixel, for each pixel of the fingerprint image; selecting points, as feature point candidates, of which the shade change value is a threshold value or more; applying artificial distortion for noise filtering to an area including the feature point candidates and neighboring pixels thereof; and selecting, as final feature points, candidates of which the shade change value after the artificial distortion is within a threshold range from among the feature point candidates.
(FR)Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un procédé par lequel un dispositif électronique comprenant une zone de détection d'empreinte digitale minimale traite des informations d'empreinte digitale, comprenant les étapes suivante : l'acquisition d'une image d'empreinte digitale à partir de la zone de détection d'empreinte digitale ; le calcul d'une valeur de changement de nuance, définie par une valeur de différence de nuance par rapport à un pixel voisin, pour chaque pixel de l'image d'empreinte digitale ; la sélection de points, en tant que points caractéristiques candidats, dont la valeur de changement de nuance est une valeur de seuil ou plus ; l'application d'une distorsion artificielle permettant de filtrer le bruit à une zone comprenant les points caractéristiques candidats et les pixels voisins de ceux-ci; et la sélection, en tant que points caractéristiques finaux, de candidats dont la valeur de changement de nuance après la distorsion artificielle se trouve dans une plage de seuil parmi les points caractéristiques candidats.
