Abstract:

(EN)　This coating solution for forming transparent film is obtained by dispersing fine inorganic oxide particles and a resin emulsion in a dispersion medium containing water and/or an organic solvent. The coating solution has a total solid concentration of 0.03-70wt%, the concentration (C_P) of fine inorganic oxide particles in the coating solution is 0.0009-56wt% as solids, and the concentration (C_R) of the resin emulsion as solids falls within the range 0.006-68wt%. The total solids concentration of alkali metals contained in the fine inorganic oxide particles does not exceed 1000ppm as oxides (Me₂O, Me = Li, Na, K). It is possible to provide a substrate with transparent film, whereby even if this coating solution is coated on a substrate and subsequently stretched, or if the coating solution is applied while the substrate is being stretched, the surface is flat, and the substrate is free from spots and film irregularities (sea-island structures).
(FR)　Cette invention concerne une solution de revêtement permettant de former un film transparent qui est obtenu par dispersion de fines particules d'oxyde inorganiques et d'une émulsion de résine dans un milieu de dispersion contenant de l'eau et/ou un solvant organique. La solution de revêtement selon l'invention a une concentration totale en solides de 0,03 à 70 % en poids, la concentration (C_P) des fines particules d'oxyde inorganiques dans la solution de revêtement étant de 0,0009 à 56 % en poids en termes de solides, et la concentration (C_R) de l'émulsion de résine en termes de solides s'inscrivant dans la plage de 0,006 à 68 % en poids. La concentration totale en solides des métaux alcalins contenus dans les fines particules d'oxyde inorganiques ne dépasse pas 1000 ppm en termes d'oxydes (Me₂O, Me = Li, Na, K). Il est ainsi possible d'obtenir un substrat pourvu d'un film transparent, caractérisé en ce que même si la solution de revêtement est appliquée sur un substrat qui est ultérieurement étiré, ou si la solution de revêtement est appliquée pendant que le substrat est étiré, la surface reste plate, et le substrat est dépourvu de taches et d'irrégularités de film (structures en mer-îlots).
(JA)　本発明の透明被膜形成用の塗布液は、無機酸化物微粒子と樹脂エマルジョンが、水と有機溶媒の少なくとも一つを含む分散媒に分散している。塗布液は、全固形分濃度が０．０３～７０重量％であり、塗布液中の無機酸化物微粒子の濃度（Ｃ_P）は固形分として０．０００９～５６重量％、樹脂エマルジョンの濃度（Ｃ_R）は固形分として０．００６～６８重量％の範囲である。また、無機酸化物微粒子に含まれるアルカリ金属の固形分濃度の合計は、酸化物（Ｍｅ₂Ｏ、Ｍｅ＝Ｌｉ、Ｎａ、Ｋ）として１０００ｐｐｍ以下である。この塗布液を、基材上に塗布した後に基材を延伸しても、あるいは基材を延伸しながら塗布しても、スポット、膜ムラ（海島）がなく、表面が平坦となる透明被膜付基材を提供することができる。
