Abstract:
(EN) A plate-shaped carbon fiber reinforced molding material including a thermoplastic resin, carbon fibers (A), and carbon fibers (B). i) The carbon fibers (A) have a fiber length of at least 0.01 mm but less than 3 mm. ii) The carbon fibers (B) have a fiber length of at least 3 mm but less than 100 mm. iii) 1.0 < LwA / LnA < 3, when the weight-average fiber length of the carbon fibers (A) is LwA, and the number-average fiber length is LnA. iv) The carbon fibers (B) are randomly arranged in a two-dimensional direction.
(FR) L’invention concerne un matériau de moulage renforcé par des fibres de carbone en forme de plaque comprenant une résine thermoplastique, des fibres de carbone (A) et des fibres de carbone (B). i) Les fibres de carbone (A) ont une longueur de fibre d'au moins 0,01 mm mais inférieure à 3 mm. ii) Les fibres de carbone (B) ont une longueur de fibre d'au moins 3 mm mais inférieure à 100 mm. iii) 1,0 < LwA/LnA < 3, lorsque la longueur de fibre moyenne en poids des fibres de carbone (A) est LwA, et la longueur moyenne de fibre en nombre est LnA. iv) Les fibres de carbone (B) sont agencées de manière aléatoire dans une direction bidimensionnelle.
