Abstract:
(EN) The main purpose of the present invention is to provide: a thermosetting composition having photo-alignment properties, which is able to be cured at low temperatures and is capable of forming an alignment layer that has excellent stability in terms of liquid crystal alignment ability; an alignment layer which uses this thermosetting composition; a substrate with an alignment layer; a retardation plate; and a device. The present invention achieves the above-described purpose by providing a thermosetting composition having photo-alignment properties, which is characterized by containing a copolymer that has a photo-alignment constituent unit and a thermally crosslinkable constituent unit wherein thermally crosslinkable groups are bonded with each other via a linear alkylene group having 4-11 carbon atoms or a polyethylene glycol group having a repetition number of 2-5.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une composition thermodurcissable ayant des propriétés de photo-alignement, qui peut être durcie à faible température et qui peut former une couche d'alignement qui a une excellente stabilité en termes de capacité d'alignement de cristaux liquides ; une couche d'alignement qui utilise cette composition thermodurcissable ; un substrat avec une couche d'alignement ; une plaque de retard ; et un dispositif. La présente invention réalise les éléments ci-dessus en fournissant une composition thermodurcissable ayant des propriétés de photo-alignement, qui est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle contient un copolymère qui a une unité constituante de photo-alignement et une unité constituante pouvant être réticulée thermiquement dans laquelle des groupes pouvant être réticulés thermiquement sont liés entre eux par un groupe alkylène linéaire comportant de 4 à 11 atomes de carbone ou un groupe polyéthylène-glycol avec un nombre de répétions de 2 à 5.
(JA)  本発明は、液晶配向能の安定性に優れる配向層を形成可能であり、低温硬化が可能な、光配向性を有する熱硬化性組成物ならびにそれを用いた配向層、配向層付基材、位相差板およびデバイスを提供することを主目的とする。 本発明は、光配向性構成単位と、熱架橋性基が炭素数4~11の直鎖アルキレン基または繰り返し数2~5のポリエチレングリコール基を介して結合されている熱架橋性構成単位とを有する共重合体を含有することを特徴とする光配向性を有する熱硬化性組成物を提供することにより、上記目的を達成する。
