Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a feedback control device comprising: a detector for detecting an output value on the basis of the control subject; a P control circuit which comprises an analog circuit that uses a detection value of the detector and a target value as inputs for a differential amplification circuit and outputs a P control component (VP) to the output of the differential amplification circuit; an I control unit for outputting an I control component (VI) by integrating the deviation between the detection value and the target value through digital processing; and a drive element for controlling the control subject by being driven on the basis of the P control component (VP) from the P control circuit and the I control component (VI) from the I control unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande à rétroaction, comprenant : un détecteur pour détecter une valeur de sortie sur la base d'un objet de contrôle ; un circuit de commande (P) qui comprend un circuit analogique qui utilise une valeur de détection du détecteur et une valeur cible en tant qu'entrées pour un circuit d'amplification différentiel et émet en sortie un composant de commande de (P) (VP) à la sortie du circuit d'amplification différentiel ; et une unité de commande (I) conçue pour émettre en sortie un composant de commande de (I) (VI) en intégrant l'écart entre la valeur de détection et la valeur cible par traitement numérique ; et un élément de commande conçu pour commander l'objet de contrôle en étant commandé sur la base du composant de commande de (P) (VP) issu du circuit de commande (P) et du composant de commande de (I) (VI) issu du circuit de commande (I).
(JA) 制御対象に基づく出力値を検出する検出器と、前記検出器の検出値と目標値を差動増幅回路のそれぞれの入力とし、前記差動増幅回路の出力にP制御成分VPを出力するアナログ回路からなるP制御回路と、前記検出値と前記目標値との偏差をデジタル処理により積分することによりI制御成分VIを出力するI制御部と、前記P制御回路からのP制御成分VPと前記I制御部からのI制御成分VIに基づいて駆動されて前記制御対象を制御する駆動素子と、を備えたフィードバック制御装置である。
