Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an instant mix, in particular for soft serve ice cream, which contains at least proteins and fat and/or oil, said proteins being a powder or are in a powdery form in a powder mix. Said mixture is characterized in that the fat and/or oil mixture is introduced into the powder or the powdery mix in a liquid form. The claimed instant mix results in high-quality and pleasant-tasting soft serve ice cream products to be economically produced.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un mélange instantané, destiné en particulier à des crèmes glacées, qui contient au moins des protéines et des matières grasse et/ou de l'huile, les protéines étant présentes sous forme de poudre ou sous forme de mélange de poudres. Le mélange est caractérisé en ce que les matières grasses et/ou l'huile sont introduites sous forme liquide dans la poudre ou le mélange de poudres. Le mélange instantané proposé donne des crèmes glacées délicieuses et de haute qualité et peut être produit de façon économique.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Instantmischung, insbesondere für Softeis, die zumindest Proteine sowie Fett- und/oder Öl beinhaltet, wobei die Proteine als Pulver oder in pulvriger Form in einer Pulvermischung vorliegen. Die Mischung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Fett und/oder Öl in flüssiger Form in das Pulver oder die Pulvermischung eingebracht ist. Die vorgeschlagene Instantmischung führt zu hochwertigen und wohlschmeckenden Softeisprodukten und lässt sich kostengünstig herstellen.
