Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for the synthesis of a novel diene polymer with a high content of phosphorus functional groups by means of the radical grafting of a poly(phosphorus) polymer bearing a chain-end thiol functional group to a diene polymer according to the following steps: a) at least one diene polymer in solution and at least one poly(phosphorus) polymer bearing a chain-end thiol functional group in solution are brought into contact under agitation; b) the homogenous reaction mixture obtained in the preceding step is heated to the temperature of the grafting reaction; and c) the radical initiator is added during step (a) or (b) or once the grafting reaction temperature has been reached.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'un nouveau polymère diénique à fort taux de fonctions phosphorées par greffage radicalaire d'un polymère poly(phosphoré) portant en extrémité de chaîne une fonction thiol sur un polymère diénique selon les étapes suivantes : a) mettre en présence sous agitation au moins un polymère diénique en solution et au moins un polymère poly(phosphoré) portant une fonction thiol en extrémité de chaîne en solution, b) chauffer le mélange réactionnel homogène obtenu à l'étape précédente à la température de la réaction de greffage, et c) ajouter l'amorceur radicalaire concomitamment à l'une des étapes a) et b) ou une fois la température de la réaction de greffage atteinte.
