Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a system for estimating the surface state of a runway (L1) of an airport (10). According to the invention, said system comprises: - means of access (61) for accessing the data delivered by surveillance radars (40) of said airport (10) and which relate to aircraft present in said airport (10), - means of selection of aircraft (62) so as to select only the data which relate to the aircraft in the landing phase, - means of calculation (63) of speed data for each aircraft considered on the basis of the data selected by the means (62), - means of selection of speeds (64) so as to select only the speed data which correspond to a phase of deceleration by the wheel brakes of said aircraft considered, - means of calculation (65), on the basis of the speed data determined by the means (64), of a braking indicator of the aircraft considered, - means (66) of determining a state-of-surface indicator for the runway (L1) considered as a function of the braking indicator or indicators determined by the means of derivation (65) for one or more aircraft.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système d'estimation de l'état de surface d'une piste (L1) d'un aéroport (10). Selon l'invention, ledit système comprend : - des moyens d'accès (61) pour accéder aux données délivrées par des radars de surveillance (40) dudit aéroport (10) qui sont relatives aux avions présents dans ledit aéroport (10), - des moyens de sélection d'avions (62) pour ne sélectionner que les données qui sont relatives aux avions en phase d'atterrissage, - des moyens de calcul (63) de données de vitesse de chaque avion considéré à partir des données sélectionnées par les moyens (62), - des moyens de sélection de vitesses (64) pour ne sélectionner que les données de vitesse qui correspondent à une phase de décélération par les freins de roue dudit avion considéré, - des moyens de calcul (65), à partir des données de vitesses déterminées par les moyens (64), d'un indicateur de freinage de l'avion considéré, - des moyens (66) de détermination d'un indicateur d'état de surface de la piste (L1) considérée en fonction du ou des indicateurs de freinage déterminés par les moyens de dérivation (65) pour un ou plusieurs avions.
