Title: CONTINUOUS GRAIN DRYING PROCESS MOISTURE ONLINE DETECTION METHOD
Abstract:
A continuous grain drying process moisture online detection method. Step 1: delivering to-be-dried grains into a dryer and activating a drying operation; step 2: detecting in real-time a gross weight and a material level and utilizing a relation between moisture content and content weight to calculate moisture content; step 3: either manually or automatically controlling and regulating a grain discharge rate and/or the drying temperature on the basis of real-time changes in the moisture content of the grains, thus allowing the moisture content of the grains discharged by a grain discharging mechanism to be within a range of permitted moisture content thresholds. The method is easy to operate, strong in anti-interference capability, and great in environmental adaptability, is suitable for continuous drying operations for crops such as corn, rice, and wheat, and avoids a major shortcoming of the prior art on moisture content detection.
