(EN)Provided are a high-carbon steel wire rod and a preparation method therefor, wherein the high-carbon steel wire rod comprises the following components: C, Si, Mn, Cr, V, Ti and Fe. The high-carbon steel wire rod has comparatively ideal mechanical properties, including not only relatively high strength but also outstanding plasticity, wherein the average tensile strength can reach 1560MPa, the average shrinkage rate after fracture is 30%, and the percentage elongation after fracture is greater than or equal to 9%. The high-carbon steel wire rod can meet the performance requirements for producing 2300MPa pre-stressed steel strands.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une tige de fil d'acier à haute teneur en carbone et à son procédé de préparation, la tige de fil d'acier à haute teneur en carbone comprenant les composants suivants : C, Si, Mn, Cr, V, Ti et Fe. La tige de fil d'acier à haute teneur en carbone possède des propriétés mécaniques relativement idéales, comprenant non seulement une résistance relativement élevée mais également une plasticité exceptionnelle, la résistance à la traction moyenne pouvant atteindre 1560 MPa, le taux de retrait moyen après la rupture étant de 30% et le pourcentage d'allongement après la rupture étant supérieur ou égal à 9%. La tige de fil d'acier à haute teneur en carbone peut satisfaire aux exigences de performance pour produire des brins d'acier précontraint de 2300 MPa.
