Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to the electric energy industry, more specifically to an ethanol dehydrogenation system which converts ethanol into a more energy-rich fuel for use in combustion engines, at the same time as producing hydrogen without carbon monoxide, which is led to a fuel cell for producing electric energy for the subsequent electric and/or hybrid propulsion of motor vehicles. The present invention preferably relates to a method for producing energy in a hybrid vehicle, comprising the following steps: (a) providing a catalytic reactor (5); (b) feeding the catalytic reactor (5) with a stream of evaporated fuel; (c) leading the evaporated reagents to the catalytic reactor (5); (d) performing liquid fuel dehydrogenation reactions in the catalytic reactor (5); (e) cooling the output stream so as to separate the gaseous stream (9) from the liquid fuel stream; (f) supplying the liquid stream to an internal combustion engine (8) to generate energy, or returning the liquid stream to the catalytic reactor (5); (g) capturing an air stream (11); and (h) leading the gaseous stream (9) to the anode of the fuel cell (10) and the air stream (11) to the cathode of the fuel cell (10) to generate electric energy. In addition, the present invention describes a system for producing energy in a hybrid vehicle and a hybrid vehicle which use this method.
(FR) La présente invention trouve une application dans l'industrie de l'énergie électrique, et concerne plus particulièrement un système de déshydrogénation de l'éthanol, qui convertit l'éthanol en un combustible plus énergétique destiné aux moteurs à combustion, tout en produisant de l'hydrogène exempt de monoxyde de carbone, qui est dirigé vers une pile à combustible en vue de la production d'énergie électrique, et donc de la propulsion électrique et/ou hybride d'automobiles. De préférence, la présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'énergie dans un véhicule hybride, comprenant les étapes consistant: (a) à utiliser un réacteur catalytique (5); (b) à alimenter le réacteur catalytique (5) avec un flux de combustible vaporisé; (c) à diriger les réactifs vaporisés vers le réacteur catalytique (5); (d) à réaliser, dans le réacteur catalytique (5), des réactions de déshydrogénation du combustible liquide; (e) à refroidir le flux de sortie de manière à séparer le flux gazeux (9) du flux de combustible liquide; (f) à diriger le flux liquide de manière à alimenter un moteur à combustion interne (8) en vue de la génération d'énergie, ou à le réacheminer vers le réacteur catalytique (5); (g) à capter un flux d'air (11); et (h) à diriger le flux gazeux (9) vers l'anode de la pile à combustible (10) et le flux d'air (11) vers la cathode de la pile à combustible (10) en vue de la génération d'énergie électrique. Par ailleurs, la présente invention concerne un système de production d'énergie dans un véhicule hybride, ainsi qu'un véhicule hybride faisant appel à ce procédé.
(PT) A presente invenção se insere na indústria de energia elétrica, mais precisamente se referindo a um sistema de desidrogenação do etanol, que converte o etanol em um combustível mais energético para uso motores a combustão, enquanto produz hidrogênio, livre de monóxido de carbono, que é direcionado a uma célula a combustível para a produção de energia elétrica, e consequente propulsão elétrica e/ou híbrida de automóveis. Preferencialmente, a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de energia em um veículo híbrido, que compreende as etapas de: (a) Prover um reator catalítico (5); (b) Alimentar o reator catalítico (5) com uma corrente de combustível vaporizada; (c) Dirigir os reagentes vaporizados ao reator catalítico (5); (d) Efetuar no reator catalítico (5) reações de desidrogenação do combustível líquido; (e) Resfriar a corrente de saída de modo a separar o fluxo gasoso (9) da corrente de combustível líquida; (f) Direcionar a corrente líquida de modo a alimentar um motor a combustão interna (8) para gerar energia ou retornar ao reator catalítico (5); (g) Captar um fluxo de ar (11); e (h) Direcionar o fluxo gasoso (9) ao ânodo da célula a combustível (10) e o fluxo de ar (11) ao cátodo da célula a combustível (10) para gerar energia elétrica. Adicionalmente, a presente invenção descreve um sistema de produção de energia em um veículo híbrido e um veículo híbrido que utilizam tal processo.
