(EN)The present invention relates to a method for preparing racemic or optically active α―glycerophosphoryl choline and, more specifically, to a method for mass-producing racemic or optically active D- or L-α―glycerophosphoryl choline through a substitution reaction of choline phosphate or a salt thereof and racemic or optically pure (S) and (R)-3-halo-1,2-propandiols in the presence of a medium using an inorganic base which increases activity of the reaction at a high temperature. The method for preparing racemic or optically active D- or L-α―glycerophosphoryl choline according to the present invention is economical by using a low-priced starting material compared with the conventional method, provides a convenient preparation procedure by performing a one-pot reaction without a separate purification procedure, and can quantitatively mass-produce racemic or optically active D- or L-α―glycerophosphoryl choline and a salt thereof in the presence of a medium without a side reaction by using an inorganic base which increases activity of the reaction.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'α―glycérophosphorylcholine racémique ou optiquement active, et plus précisément, un procédé de production en masse de D- ou L-α―glycérophosphorylcholine racémique ou optiquement active par une réaction de substitution de phosphate de choline ou un sel de ce dernier et de (S) et (R)-3-halo-1,2-propanediols racémiques ou optiquement purs en présence d'un milieu à l'aide d'une base inorganique qui augmente l'activité de la réaction à une température élevée. Le procédé de préparation de D- ou L-α―glycérophosphorylcholine racémique ou optiquement active selon la présente invention est économique en utilisant une matière de départ à faible coût par comparaison avec le procédé classique, fournit un mode opératoire de préparation approprié par la réalisation d'une réaction monotope sans mode opératoire de purification séparé, et peut quantitativement produire en masse de la D- ou L-α―glycérophosphorylcholine racémique ou optiquement active et un sel de cette dernière en présence d'un milieu sans réaction secondaire par utilisation d'une base inorganique qui augmente l'activité de la réaction.
(KO)본 발명은 라세믹 또는 광학적으로 활성이 있는 α-글리세로포스포릴콜린의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 콜린포스페이트 또는 그의 염과 라세믹 및 광학적으로 순도가 높은 (S) 및 (R)-3-할로-1,2-프로판디올을 매질 존재 하에 고온에서 반응의 활성을 증가시켜 주는 무기염기를 이용한 치환반응으로 라세믹 및 광학적으로 활성이 있는 D 또는 L-α-글리세로포스포릴콜린을 대량으로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 라세믹 또는 광학적으로 활성이 있는 D 또는 L-α-글리세로포스포릴콜린의 제조방법은 종래의 방법과 비교하여 저가의 출발물질을 사용하여 경제적이고, 별도의 정제과정 없이 원팟(one-pot)반응으로 수행함으로써 제조 과정이 간편할 뿐만 아니라, 반응의 활성을 증가시켜주는 무기염기를 사용함으로써 매질 존재 하에서 부반응 없이 정량적으로 라세믹 및 광학적으로 활성이 있는 D 또는 L-α-글리세로포스포릴콜린 및 그의 염을 대량 생산할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
