Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a thickening agent composition in which a synthetic thickening material, a natural thickening material or a derivative thereof, which has been widely used previously, is contained as the main thickening component and a specific thickening component is also contained, and which, even when used in a small amount, can provide a high viscosity that could not be achieved if only one of the thickening components is contained in the composition. Also provided are: a thickening method for greatly improving the viscosity of an aqueous solution using a small amount of a thickening agent composition; and a method for controlling the viscosity of an aqueous solution employing the thickening method. The thickening agent composition comprises a first thickening component that is added for the purpose of increasing the viscosity of water and a second thickening component that is produced using a plant belonging to the genus Corchorus as a raw material, wherein the weight ratio of the second thickening component is 1.5% to 60% relative to the whole amount of the composition comprising the first thickening component and the second thickening component. By employing thus constitution, the viscosity of a mixed aqueous solution, i.e., an aqueous solution in which the composition is dissolved, can be increased by two folds or more compared with the viscosity of a single-component aqueous solution, i.e., an aqueous solution in which only the first thickening component is dissolved at the same concentration as that in the mixed aqueous solution.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une composition d'agent épaississant qui contient, en tant que constituant épaississant principal, une substance épaississante synthétique, une substance épaississante naturelle ou un dérivé de celles-ci, qui a été largement utilisé auparavant, un constituant épaississant particulier étant également contenu, et qui, même lorsqu'elle est utilisée en petite quantité, permet de fournir une haute viscosité qui ne pourrait pas être obtenue si seul l'un des constituants épaississants était contenu dans la composition. L'invention concerne également : un procédé d'épaississement permettant d'améliorer considérablement la viscosité d'une solution aqueuse et utilisant une petite quantité d'une composition d'agent épaississant ; un procédé permettant de régler la viscosité d'une solution aqueuse et utilisant le procédé d'épaississement. La composition d'agent épaississant comporte un premier constituant épaississant, qui est ajouté dans le but d'augmenter la viscosité de l'eau, et un second constituant épaississant, qui est produit à l'aide d'une plante appartenant au genre Corchorus en tant que matière première, la proportion en poids du second constituant épaississant étant de 1,5 % à 60 % par rapport à la quantité totale de la composition comportant le premier constituant épaississant et le second constituant épaississant. Par l'utilisation d'une telle constitution, la viscosité d'une solution aqueuse mélangée, c'est-à-dire une solution aqueuse dans laquelle la composition est dissoute, peut être augmentée d'un facteur deux ou plus par comparaison avec la viscosité d'une solution aqueuse à un seul constituant, c'est-à-dire une solution aqueuse dans laquelle seul le premier constituant épaississant est dissous à la même concentration que celle dans la solution aqueuse mélangée.
(JA) 従来から広く使用されている合成糊剤、天然糊剤又はその誘導体を主たる増粘成分とし、これに特定の増粘成分を配合することにより、少量の使用量で単独では得られなかった高粘度を得ることのできる増粘剤組成物を提供する。また、少量の増粘剤組成物を利用して水溶液の粘度を大きく向上させる増粘方法、及び、この増粘方法を利用した水溶液の粘度調整方法を提供する。 水の粘性を高めるために混入する第1増粘成分と、ツナソ属(Corchorus属)に属する植物を基原として得られる第2増粘成分とを含有し、第1増粘成分と第2増粘成分とを配合した組成物の総量に占める第2増粘成分の重量比率を1.5%~60%の範囲内とする。このことにより、当該組成物を溶解した混合水溶液の粘度が、第1増粘成分のみを同じ濃度で溶解した単独水溶液の粘度に比べ、2倍以上に増粘される。
