(EN) Provided are a seed shaft and a single crystal production device that are capable of suppressing thermal stress on a seed crystal when producing single crystals using the solution growth method. This production device (10) comprises a seed shaft (20). The seed shaft (20) comprises a shaft member (11) and a holding member (13) arranged at the bottom end of the shaft member (11). The holding member (13) comprises a fixed section (15) attached to the seed crystal and a sliding section (14) attached to a lower surface (11a) of the shaft member (11) so as to be capable of sliding along the lower surface (11a).
(FR) Cette invention concerne un arbre de tirage de germe et un dispositif de production de monocristaux qui sont capables d'éliminer la contrainte thermique sur un germe cristallin lors de la production de monocristaux à l'aide d'un procédé de croissance en solution. Le dispositif de production (10) comprend un arbre de tirage de germe (20). L'arbre de tirage de germe (20) comprend un élément d'arbre (11) et un élément de support (13) situé à l'extrémité inférieure de l'élément d'arbre (11).
