Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a self-piercing rivet 2 for producing a joint between at least two components, which self-piercing rivet comprising a rivet head 4 and a rivet shank 6 having a central borehole 8 of the shank, said rivet shank 6 also having a cylindrical outer surface 14 of the shank and an inner surface 16 of the shank bordering the central borehole 8 of the shank, while the outer surface 14 of the shank and the inner surface 16 of the shank are connected to the axial end of the rivet shank 6 facing away from the rivet head 4 via a flat bottom surface 20 of the shank and a shank end radius R2, said shank end radius R2 tangentially transitioning into the inner surface 16 of the shank, and said flat bottom surface 20 of the shank being connected to the outer surface 14 of the shank via a cutting edge 24.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un rivet auto-perceur 2, servant à réaliser une liaison d'assemblage entre au moins deux composants, qui comprend les éléments caractéristiques suivants : une tête de rivet 4 et une tige de rivet 6 pourvue d'un perçage de tige central 8, la tige de rivet 6 possédant une surface de tige extérieure 14 cylindrique et une surface de tige intérieure 16 délimitant le perçage de tige central 8, tandis que la surface de tige extérieure 14 et la surface de tige intérieure 16 sont reliées à l'extrémité axiale, opposée à la tête de rivet 4, de la tige de rivet 6 par une face frontale de tige plane 20 et un rayon d'extrémité de tige R2, le rayon d'extrémité de tige R2 se transformant tangentiellement en la surface de tige intérieure 16 et la face frontale de tige plane 20 étant reliée à la surface de tige extérieure 14 par un bord de coupe 24.
(DE) Vorliegende Erfindung offenbart einen Stanzniet 2 zur Herstellung einer Fügeverbindung zwischen mindestens zwei Bauteilen, der die folgenden Merkmale aufweist: einen Nietkopf 4 und einen Nietschaft 6 mit einer zentralen Schaftbohrung 8, wobei der Nietschaft 6 eine zylindrische Schaftaußenfläche 14 und eine die zentrale Schaftbohrung 8 begrenzende Schaftinnenfläche 16 umfasst, während die Schaftaußenfläche 14 und die Schaftinnenfläche 16 an dem vom Nietkopf 4 abgewandten axialen Ende des Nietschafts 6 durch eine plane Schaftstirnfläche 20 und einen Schaftendradius R2 verbunden sind, wobei der Schaftendradius R2 tangential in die Schaftinnenfläche 16 übergeht und die plane Schaftstirnfläche 20 mit der Schaftaußenfläche 14 durch eine Schneidkante 24 verbunden ist.
