Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a fluidizing device (1) for conditioning solid particles, consisting of a deflection chamber (2), a swirling chamber (3), said swirling chamber (3) having separating walls (10) or similar for conveying solid particles along a conveying path, also comprising a solid particle inlet unit (6) and a solid particle outlet unit (7) and a flow receiving base (11). An air deflector plate (18) is arranged below the flow receiving base (11) and openings ratios, which are produced from the openings (22) in the air distribution plates (18), vary.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de fluidisation (1) destiné au conditionnement de particules solides et comprenant une chambre de distribution (2), une chambre de turbulence (3), la chambre de turbulence (3) présentant des parois de séparation (10) ou analogues pour le transport des particules solides le long d'une voie de transport, une unité d'entrée (6) de particules solides et une unité de sortie (7) de particules solides, et une grille de fluidisation (11). Selon l'invention, une plaque de répartition d'air (18) est disposée sous la grille de fluidisation (11) et des rapports d'ouverture varient, ces rapports résultant d'ouvertures (22) ménagées dans la plaque de répartition d'air (18).
(DE) Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Fluidisierungsapparat (1) zur Konditionierung von Feststoffpartikeln, bestehend aus einer Verteilerkammer (2), einer Wirbelkammer (3), wobei die Wirbelkammer (3) zur Förderung von Feststoffpartikeln entlang einer Förderstrecke Trennwände (10) oder dgl. aufweist, einer Feststoffpartikel-Eintrittseinheit (6) sowie einer Feststoffpartikel-Austrittseinheit (7) und einem Anströmboden (11), wobei eine Luftverteilerplatte (18) unterhalb des Anströmbodens (11) angeordnet ist und Öffnungsverhältnisse, welche sich durch Öffnungen (22) in der Luftverteilerplatte (18) ergeben, variieren.
