(EN) The present invention relates to a random access method and apparatus for user equipment in a small cell base station having a small cell service area when cell carrier aggregation (for example, dual connectivity or inter-eNB carrier aggregation) is performed between different base stations in a mobile communication system. A random access method in a mobile communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a configuration request message for configuring a serving cell group (SCG) from a second base station located within the service area of a first base station via the first base station; configuring the SCG cells according to the configuration request message and transmitting a configuration response message corresponding to the configuration request message to the second base station via the first base station; and performing a random access if uplink data exists in a logical channel (LCH) that is rearranged with the SCG cells.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil d'accès aléatoire destinés à un équipement d'utilisateur dans une station de base à petites cellules comportant une zone de desserte de petites cellules lorsqu'une agrégation de porteuses de cellules (par exemple, une agrégation de porteuses de double connectivité ou inter-eNB) est effectuée entre différentes stations de base d'un système de communication mobile. (KO) 본 발명은 이동 통신 시스템에서 이종 기지국 셀 캐리어 통합 시(이중 접속(Dual connectivity) 또는 기지국간 캐리어 집적(Inter-eNB carrier aggregation)) 셀 서비스 영역이 작은 스몰 셀 기지국에서의 단말의 랜덤 액세스(Random access)에 대한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 이동 통신 시스템에서 랜덤 액세스를 수행하는 방법은, 제1 기지국의 서비스 영역 내에 위치하는 제2 기지국으로부터 상기 제1 기지국을 통해 서빙 셀 그룹(SCG)을 구성하기 위한 구성 요청 메시지를 수신하는 과정과, 상기 구성 요청 메시지에 따라 SCG 셀을 설정하고, 상기 구성 요청 메시지에 대응하는 구성 응답 메시지를 상기 제1 기지국을 통해 상기 제2 기지국으로 송신하는 과정과, 상기 SCG 셀로 재배치된 논리 채널(LCH)에 상향 데이터가 있는 경우 랜덤 액세스를 수행하는 과정을 포함한다.
