Abstract:
(EN) A sheet-like article in which a hydrophilic-group-containing resin is applied to a fibrous base material composed of ultra-fine fibers, wherein the microphase-separated structure of the hydrophilic-group-containing resin meets the following requirement (I): (I) in a phase image obtained by observing a 1-μm2 area in the cross section of the hydrophilic-group-containing resin applied to the fibrous base material by means of phase imaging using an atomic force microscope (AFM), the standard deviation of a mode of a luminance distribution in a 0.2-μm2 area contained in the above-mentioned area is 0 to 10 inclusive. Provided are: a sheet-like article which is produced through an environment-friendly production process, has the same uniform quality as that of an artificial leather to which an organic-solvent-type polyurethane is applied, and also has beautiful surface quality and good texture; and a method for producing the sheet-like article.
(FR) L'invention concerne un article de type feuille dans lequel une résine contenant un groupe hydrophile est appliquée sur un matériau de base fibreux composé de fibres ultra-fines, la structure séparée en microphases de la résine contenant un groupe hydrophile satisfait l'exigence suivante (I) : (I) dans une image de phase obtenue par observation d'une zone de 1-μm2 dans la section transversale de la résine contenant un groupe hydrophile appliquée sur le matériau de base fibreux au moyen d'une imagerie de phase faisant appel à un microscope à force atomique (AFM), l'écart-type d'un mode d'une distribution de luminance dans une zone de 0,2-μm2 contenue dans la zone mentionnée ci-dessus est 0 à 10 inclus. L'invention fournit un article de type feuille qui est produit par un processus de production respectueux de l'environnement, présente la même qualité uniforme que celle d'un cuir artificiel sur lequel un polyuréthane du type solvant organique est appliqué, et présente également une belle qualité de surface et une texture satisfaisante ; l'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'un article du type feuille.
(JA)  極細繊維からなる繊維質基材に親水性基含有樹脂が付与されてなるシート状物であって、前記親水性基含有のミクロ相分離構造が、次のIの条件を満足するシート状物。 I.繊維質基材に付与された親水性基含有樹脂の断面を、原子間力顕微鏡(AFM)を用いて1μmの領域を位相イメージングによって観察して得られた位相像おいて、当該領域の0.2μmの領域の輝度分布の最頻値の標準偏差が0以上10以下であること。 環境に配慮した製造工程によって、有機溶剤系ポリウレタンを適用した人工皮革と同等の均一感があり優美な表面品位と良好な風合いを有するシート状物およびその製造方法を提供する。
