Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an in-wheel motor drive device capable of accurately detecting abnormality in an entire output range of the motor by detecting the temperatures of a lubricating oil and a motor coil. The in-wheel motor drive device comprises an electric motor (1), a vehicle wheel bearing (5), a speed reducer (2), a lubricating oil supply mechanism (Jk), and a control device (U1). An oil temperature sensor (Sb) is provided in a lubricating oil path (29) of the speed reducer (2), and a coil temperature sensor (Sa) is provided in a motor stator. The control device (U1) has a motor output limit means (95) for limiting the current flowing through the electric motor (1) when at least one of the temperature detected by the oil temperature sensor (Sb) and the temperature detected by the coil temperature sensor (Sa) exceeds a corresponding predetermined threshold value.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'entraînement de moteur-roue permettant de détecter avec précision une anomalie dans toute une plage de sortie du moteur par la détection des températures d'une huile lubrifiante et d'une bobine de moteur. Le dispositif d'entraînement de moteur-roue comprend un moteur électrique (1), un roulement de roue de véhicule (5), un réducteur de vitesse (2), un mécanisme d'alimentation en huile lubrifiante (Jk) et un dispositif de commande (U1). Un capteur de température d'huile (Sb) est situé dans un trajet d'huile lubrifiante (29) du réducteur de vitesse (2) et un capteur de température de bobine (Sa) est situé dans un stator de moteur. Le dispositif de commande (U1) comprend un moyen de limitation de sortie de moteur (95) permettant de limiter le courant traversant le moteur électrique (1) lorsque la température détectée par le capteur de température d'huile (Sb) et/ou la température détectée par le capteur de température de bobine (Sa) dépasse une valeur seuil prédéterminée correspondante.
(JA)  潤滑油の温度とモータコイルの温度を検出することで、モータの出力範囲の全域で精度良く異常検知を行うことができるインホイールモータ駆動装置を提供する。このインホイールモータ駆動装置は、電動モータ(1)、車輪用軸受(5)、減速機(2)、潤滑油供給機構(Jk)および制御装置(U1)を備える。減速機(2)の潤滑油路(29)に、油温センサ(Sb)を設け、モータステータにコイル温度センサ(Sa)を設ける。制御装置(U1)は、油温センサ(Sb)で検出される温度、およびコイル温度センサ(Sa)で検出される温度の少なくとも一方が、対応する定められた閾値を超えたとき、電動モータ(1)の電流を制限するモータ出力制限手段(95)を有する。
