Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing a Mn-activated complex fluoride red phosphor represented by formula (I), A2MF6: Mn (I) (In the formula, M is one type or more of a tetravalent element selected from Si, Ti, Zr, Hf, Ge, and Sn, and A is one type or more of an alkali metal selected from Li, Na, K, Rb, and Cs, and includes at least Na and/or K.), the method comprising sequentially dissolving individual source components in water and from the obtained aqueous solution eventually precipitating the red phosphor in the solution. According to the present invention, since the sources can be added one by one to a reactor, the complex fluoride phosphor can be produced rationally and at high production rates.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de production d'un complexe fluorure-phosphore rouge activé par Mn représenté par la formule (I), A2MF6: Mn (I) (dans la formule, M est un type d'élément tétravalent ou plus choisi parmi Si, Ti, Zr, Hf, Ge, et Sn, et A est un type de métal alcalin ou plus choisi parmi Li, Na, K, Rb, et Cs, contenant au moins Na et/ou K.), le procédé comprenant la dissolution séquentielle des composants sources individuels dans l'eau et à partir de la solution aqueuse obtenue, éventuellement la précipitation du phosphore rouge en solution. Selon la présente invention, comme les sources peuvent être ajoutées une à une au réacteur, le complexe fluorure-phosphore peut être obtenu de manière rationnelle et à des taux de production élevés.
(JA)  下記式(I) A2MF6:Mn (I) (式中、MはSi、Ti、Zr、Hf、Ge及びSnから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の4価元素、AはLi、Na、K、Rb及びCsから選ばれ、かつ少なくともNa及び/又はKを含む1種又は2種以上のアルカリ金属である。) で表されるMn賦活複フッ化物赤色蛍光体の製造において、水に原料となる各種成分を順次溶かし込み、得られた水溶液から最終的に上記赤色蛍光体を溶液中で析出させることを特徴とする複フッ化物蛍光体の製造方法に関するものであり、本発明によれば、一つの反応容器に対して原料を次々に加えていくことができるため、複フッ化物蛍光体を合理的で高い生産性で製造することができる。
