Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a resin composition for forming a microlens, which contains a copolymer having structural units represented by formulae (1), (2), (3) and (4) and a solvent. (In the formulae, X represents a cyclohexyl group or a phenyl group; Y represents a phenyl group, a biphenylyl group or a naphthyl group; each R0 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms; R2 represents a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group having 1-10 carbon atoms; R1 and R2 may combine together to form a 4- to 7-membered oxygen-containing cyclic structure; R3 represents a single bond or an alkylene group having 1-5 carbon atoms, and the alkylene group may internally have an ether bond; and R4 represents an epoxy group or an organic group having an epoxy ring and 5-12 carbon atoms.)
