(EN)A high-strength aluminum alloy having a chemical composition which contains, in terms of mass%, 2.5-5.0% (excluding 5.0%) Zn, 2.2-3.0% Mg, and 0.001-0.05% Ti and has contents of Cu, Zr, Cr, Fe, Si, and Mn reduced to 0.10% or less, 0.10% or less, 0.03% or less, 0.30% or less, 0.30% or less, and 0.03% or less, respectively, with the remainder comprising Al and unavoidable impurities. The alloy has a tensile strength of 380 MPa or higher, an electrical conductivity of 38.0% IACS or greater, and a metallographic structure comprising a recrystallized structure.
(FR)L'invention concerne un alliage d'aluminium de haute résistance dont la composition chimique comprend, en % en poids: 2,5-5,0% (à l'exclusion de 5,0%) de Zn, 2,2-3,0% de Mg, et 0,001-0,05% de Ti, et dont les contenus en Cu, Zr, Cr, Fe, Si et Mn sont réduits à 0,10% ou moins, 0,10% ou moins, 0,03% ou moins, 0,30% ou moins, 0,30% ou moins et 0,03% ou moins, respectivement, le reste se composant d'Al et d'impuretés inévitable. L'alliage possède une résistance limite en traction de 380MPa ou plus, une conductivité électrique de 38,0% IACS ou plus, et une structure métallographique comprenant une structure recristallisée.
