Abstract:
(EN) In this cutting method, in which a rotary tool (T) is moved relative to a workpiece (W) and/or the workpiece (W) is moved relative to the rotary tool (T) so as to machine a curved surface (G) on said workpiece (W), rotation in the direction of said curved surface (G) is added to the workpiece (W) such that the positions of quadrant glitches (QP) that occur in the curved surface (G) per tool path are dispersed in the direction of said rotation.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de coupe, dans lequel un outil rotatif (T) est déplacé par rapport à une pièce (W) et/ou la pièce (W) est déplacée par rapport à l'outil rotatif (T) afin d'usiner une surface incurvée (G) sur ladite pièce (W), une rotation dans la direction de ladite surface incurvée (G) est ajoutée à la pièce (W) de sorte que les positions d'impulsions transitoires en quadrant (QP) qui se produisent dans la surface incurvée (G) pour chaque trajectoire d'outil soient dispersées dans la direction de ladite rotation.
(JA)  本発明は、回転工具(T)とワーク(W)とを相対移動させてワーク(W)の曲面(G)を加工する切削加工方法において、ワーク(W)に前記曲面(G)に沿った方向の回転送りを付加し、前記曲面(G)に生じる象限突起(QP)の位置を工具の経路毎に前記回転送りの方向に分散させるようにした。
