Abstract:
(EN) An example method includes determining that a wireless channel is free or idle, obtaining, by a first user of the first user group via an inter-group contention window, the wireless channel for a group channel holding period for the first user group, and controlling sending a channel status information including at least a channel status signal indicating that the wireless channel is busy or occupied and information indicating that the first user group is occupying the wireless channel. According to another example implementation, a method may include determining whether a wireless channel is occupied by the first user group, obtaining the channel via an intra-group contention window if the wireless channel is occupied by the first user group, and otherwise, obtaining the channel via an inter-group contention window if the wireless channel is not occupied by the first user group.
