Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for measuring biological and/or electronic properties of a sample, in particular for measuring cell parameters of individual human, plant, or animal cells in particular, comprising a field effect transistor with a contacting device for contacting the sample with the gate of the field effect transistor and comprising a stimulation device for applying an electric alternating current to the sample for the purpose of impedance spectroscopy and for the analysis of the passive properties of the individual cells adhered to the sensors. The device is characterized in that the field effect transistor is an organic field effect transistor. The invention also relates to an array of at least two such devices, to a sensor chip with at least one such device, to a method for measuring biological and/or electronic properties of a sample, in particular for measuring cell parameters of individual human, plant, or animal cells in particular, to uses of the device and of the method, and to a cell/chip hybrid system.
