A low-altitude emergency escape parachute, comprising a parachute pole (10), foldable parachute ribs (11) connected to the upper end of the parachute pole (10), high tensile strength soft rope (10-2) connected to the lower end of the parachute pole (10), and a parachute cover (1) spread on the parachute ribs (11); the outer edge of the parachute cover (1) extends beyond the parachute ribs (11), and is provided with a group of reinforcing bands (3) in concentric circles; the radial reinforcing bands (3) fixed to the parachute ribs (11) are arranged on the parachute cover (1) along the parachute ribs (11); a group of manual pull rings (8) are provided at the lower parts of the radial reinforcing bands (3) in each direction to adjust the landing direction; the outer ends of the radial reinforcing bands (3) are respectively connected to a group of holes in a sliding ring (9) sleeved on the parachute pole (10); the sliding ring (9) is located between the lower part of the parachute pole (10) and the upper part of the soft rope (10-2); a lifebelt (6) is fixedly connected to the sliding ring (9) via an auxiliary connecting belt (7); the sliding ring (9) and a hand-held sleeve are integrated; when the emergency escape parachute is in use, the outer edges of the parachute cover (1) extending beyond the parachute ribs (11) are folded, and are clamped and fixed by a plurality of clips at intervals. The escape parachute solves the technical problem of saving oneself and surviving when a disaster occurs in a high-rise building.
