Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a motor vehicle bodywork beam having a longitudinal direction and comprising: a main reinforcement having a bottom, two walls making an angle of between 80° and 120° with said bottom, and two substantially parallel to the bottom and inclined with respect to the bottom by a maximum angle of 10°; at least one secondary reinforcement having a bottom and at least one wall forming an angle of between 80° and 120° with the bottom, said at least one secondary reinforcement being secured to the main reinforcement; characterized in that: the main reinforcement and at least one secondary reinforcement are secured at each wall; at least one of the walls and/or bottom of the main reinforcement and/or of the secondary reinforcement has a transition such that at least part of the bottom of the secondary reinforcement is in contact with part of the bottom of the main reinforcement; the bodywork beam comprises at least one closed cell consisting of the assembly of the main reinforcement and of a secondary reinforcement and comprising four linear segments formed by elements of the walls or of the bottoms of the main reinforcement and/or of the secondary reinforcement, at least three linear segments covering at least 50% of the corresponding dimension of the cell, so that two segments are oriented transversally to the bottom of the main reinforcement and the other two segments are substantially perpendicular to said at least two first segments at an angle of between 80° and 120°.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une poutre de carrosserie de véhicule automobile possédant une direction longitudinale et comportant : -un renfort principal disposant d'un fond, deux murs formant avec ledit fond un angle compris entre 80° et 120°, et deux sensiblement parallèles au fond en étant inclinés par rapport au fond d'un angle maximal de 10°; -au moins un renfort secondaire disposant d'un fond et d'au moins un mur formant avec le fond, un angle compris entre 80° et 120°, ledit au moins un renfort secondaire est fixé au renfort principal; caractérisée en ce que. le renfort principal et au moins un renfort secondaire sont fixés au niveau de chaque mur,. l'un au moins des murs et/ou fond du renfort principal et/ou du renfort secondaire comportant une transition telle que au moins une partie du fond du renfort secondaire est en contact avec une partie du fond du renfort principal,. la poutre de carrosserie comporte au moins une alvéole fermée constituée par l'assemblage du renfort principal et d'un renfort secondaire et comprenant quatre segments linéaires formés par des éléments des murs ou des fonds du renfort principal et/ou du renfort secondaire, au moins trois segments linéaires couvrant au moins 50% de la dimension correspondante de l'alvéole, de sorte que deux segments sont orientés transversalement au fond du renfort principal, et les deux autres segments sont sensiblement perpendiculaires auxdits au moins deux premiers segments selon un angle compris entre 80° et 120°.
