Abstract
(EN) Apparatus and techniques are described herein, such as can be used to form or provide a portion of a battery electrode assembly. For example, one or more material layers having a controlled porosity or density can be deposited on a semiconductor substrate, such as upon a silicide layer formed on or within the semiconductor substrate. Such deposition can include electrodeposition or electrophoretic deposition of an active material layer to provide a current collector, for example.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil et des techniques, pouvant par exemple être utilisés en vue de former ou de produire une partie d'un ensemble électrode de batterie. Par exemple, une ou plusieurs couches de matériau présentant une porosité ou une densité contrôlée peuvent être déposées sur un substrat semi-conducteur, comme par exemple sur une couche de siliciure formée sur le substrat semi-conducteur ou à l'intérieur de celui-ci. Un tel dépôt peut consister en un dépôt électrolytique ou en un revêtement par électrophorèse d'une couche de matériau actif de sorte à produire, par exemple, un collecteur de courant.
