Abstract
(EN)  A reinforcement fiber cord on the surface of which is applied an bonding-treatment agent, the cord including on the inner layer portion thereof two compounds individually having a molecular weight below 1000, the main compound including an aromatic compound or an α-dicarboxylic acid component, and the other compound being an aliphatic compound or an alicyclic compound. Furthermore, it is preferred that the bonding-treatment agent is a resorcin/formalin/latex adhesive, and that the fiber cord comprises a twisted synthetic fiber. Also, it is preferable that: the aliphatic compound is a heterocyclic compound; the main compound is eccentrically located only on the inner layer portion of the fiber cord; a compound containing a hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer structure is present; and the latex is not present on the inner layer portion of the fiber cord. The fiber cord is manufactured using a two-stage treatment comprising a pre-treatment liquid and an bonding process liquid. There is provided a reinforcement fiber cord in which fraying resistance is significantly improved, and fatigue resistance (durability) and adhesion to the matrix are exceptional.
(FR)  L'invention concerne un câblé de fibres de renforcement sur la surface duquel est appliqué un agent de traitement de collage, le câblé comprenant sur sa partie de couche intérieure deux composés présentant individuellement un poids moléculaire inférieur à 1000, le composé principal comportant un composé aromatique ou un composant acide α-dicarboxylique, et l'autre composé étant un composé aliphatique ou un composé alicyclique. De plus, il est préférable que l'agent de traitement de liaison soit un adhésif en résorcine/en formaline/en latex, et que le câblé comprenne une fibre synthétique torsadée. De même, il est préférable que : le composé aliphatique soit un composé hétérocyclique ; que le composé principal ne soit situé de manière excentrique que sur la partie de couche intérieure du câblé ; qu'un composé contenant une structure trimère hexaméthylène diisocyanate soit présent ; et que le latex ne soit pas présent sur la partie de couche intérieure du câblé de fibres. Le câblé de fibres est fabriqué au moyen d'un traitement en deux étapes comprenant un liquide de pré-traitement et un liquide de traitement de collage. Cela permet de fournir un câblé de fibres de renforcement dans lequel la résistance à l'effilochage est considérablement améliorée, et la résistance à la fatigue (durabilité) et l'adhérence à la matrice sont exceptionnelles.
(JA)  接着処理剤が表面に付着した補強用繊維コードであって、繊維コードの内層部に、分子量が1000未満の2種の化合物を含み、主の化合物が芳香族化合物またはα-ジカルボン酸成分を含み、他の化合物が脂肪族化合物または脂環式化合物である補強用繊維コード。さらには、接着処理剤がレゾルシン・ホルマリン・ラテックス系接着剤であることや、繊維コードが撚りを施した合成繊維からなるものであることが好ましい。また、芳香族化合物が、複素環式化合物であることや、繊維コードの内層部のみに主の化合物が偏在することや、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートトリマー構造を含有する化合物が存在することが好ましく、繊維コードの内層部にはラテックスが存在しないことが好ましい。この繊維コードは前処理液と接着処理液の2段処理で製造され、耐ホツレ性が大幅に改良され、マトリックスとの接着性や疲労性(耐久性)に優れた補強用繊維コードが提供される。
