Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verbundprofil, insbesondere für Fenster, Festverglasungen, Fassaden, Türen oder Lichtdächer. Das Verbundprofil umfasst zwei Metallprofilteile (1, 2), welche über mindestens ein Isolierprofilteil (3) miteinander verbunden sind. Das mindestens eine Isolierprofilteil (3) besteht aus einer mit einem Kunststoff durchsetzten hitzebeständige Skelettstruktur (5, 5a) und ist mit an diesem gebildeten Profilbereiche (3a, 3b) in Nuten (4) in den beiden Metallprofilteilen (1, 2) befestigt. Dabei durchdringen Begrenzungen der Nuten (4) der beiden Metallprofilteile (1, 2) einzelne Strukturelemente (5a) der Skelettstruktur (5) oder die gesamte Skelettstruktur (5) des Isolierprofilteils (3) jeweils an mehreren Stellen. Hierdurch wird es möglich, eine besonders sichere Verbindung zwischen der Skelettstruktur (5, 5a) des Isolierprofilteils (3) und den Metallprofilteilen (1, 2) herzustellen, welche auch bei degradiertem bzw. weggebranntem Kunststoff ein Auseinanderfallen der Metallprofilteile (1, 2) sicher verhindert.
(EN) The invention relates to a composite profile, in particular for windows, fixed glazing elements, façades, doors or skylights. The composite profile comprises two metal profile parts (1, 2) which are connected to one another via at least one insulating profile part (3). The at least one insulating profile part (3) consists of a heat-resistant skeleton structure (5, 5a) interspersed with a plastic, and is fastened in grooves (4) in the two metal profile parts (1, 2) by profile regions (3a, 3b) formed on said skeleton structure. Boundaries of the grooves (4) of the two metal profile parts (1, 2) penetrate individual structural elements (5a) of the skeleton structure (5) or the entire skeleton structure (5) of the insulating profile part (3) at a plurality of points in each element or structure. As a result, it is possible to establish a particularly secure connection between the skeleton structure (5, 5a) of the insulating profile part (3) and the metal profile parts (1, 2), which reliably prevents the metal profile parts (1, 2) from coming apart even if the plastic has degraded or burned away.
(FR) L'invention concerne un profilé composite, notamment pour fenêtres, vitrages fixes, façades, portes ou lanterneaux. Le profilé composite comprend deux pièces profilées métalliques (1, 2) qui sont reliées entre elles par au moins une pièce profilée isolante (3). Ladite pièce profilée isolante (3) est constituée d'une ossature (5, 5a) résistante à la chaleur, chargée avec une matière synthétique, et est fixée par des zones profilées (3a, 3b), formées sur ladite matière synthétique, dans des rainures (4) ménagées dans les deux pièces profilées métalliques (1, 2). Selon l'invention, des butées de limitation des rainures (4) des deux pièces profilées métalliques (1, 2) pénètrent dans des éléments individuels (5a) de l'ossature (5) ou dans toute l'ossature (5) de la pièce profilée isolante (3), à chaque fois en plusieurs endroits. Il est ainsi possible de réaliser entre l'ossature (5, 5a) de la pièce profilée isolante (3) et les pièces profilées métalliques (1, 2) une liaison particulièrement sûre qui empêche de façon sûre les pièces profilées métalliques (1, 2) de tomber en morceaux même dans le cas de matière synthétique dégradée ou désagrégée par le feu.
