Abstract
(EN) A system and method of layered pattern matching comprises: detecting or predicting the onset of a neurological episode: receiving a neurological electrical input comprising a digital signal representation of a neurologically derived signal over a recording length L; converting the digital signal into a digital data string of characters; deriving a layer of digital data from the digital signal, the layer comprising: multiple intervals n having an interval length il from the recording length L, where n = Uil; for a layer: identifying recurring patterns and/or anomalies in the digital data string of characters within each interval; and measuring a pattern-derived parameter for intervals in the layer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de mise en correspondance de motifs superposés qui comportent : la détection ou la prédiction de l'apparition d'un épisode neurologique ; la réception d'une entrée électrique neurologique comportant une représentation de signal numérique d'un signal obtenu neurologiquement pendant une longueur d'enregistrement L ; la conversion du signal numérique en une chaîne de caractères de données numériques ; l'obtention d'une couche de données numériques à partir du signal numérique, la couche comportant : de multiples intervalles n ayant une longueur d'intervalle il de la longueur d'enregistrement L, où n = Uil ; pour une couche : l'identification de motifs et/ou d'anomalies récurrentes dans la chaîne de caractères de données numériques dans chaque intervalle ; la mesure d'un paramètre dérivé d'un motif pour des intervalles dans la couche.
