Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polyetherpolyolen durch Anlagerung von Alkylenoxiden an H-funktionelle Starterverbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Urethan-Alkohol gemäß Formel (II), wobei R1 bedeutet lineares oder verzweigtes C2 bis C24 -Alkylen, das gegebenenfalls durch Heteroatome wie O, S oder N unterbrochen sein kann und substituiert sein kann, R2 bedeutet lineares oder verzweigtes C2 bis C24 -Alkylen, das gegebenenfalls durch Heteroatome wie O, S oder N unterbrochen sein kann und substituiert sein kann, R3 bedeutet H, lineares oder verzweigtes C1 bis C24 -Alkyl, C3 bis C24 -Cycloalkyl, C4 bis C24 -Aryl, C5 bis C24 -Aralkyl, C2 bis C24 -Alkenyl, C2 bis C24 –Alkinyl, die jeweils gegebenenfalls durch Heteroatome wie O, S oder N unterbrochen sein können und/oder jeweils mit Alkyl, Aryl und/oder Hydroxyl substituiert sein können, als H-funktionelle Starterverbindung eingesetzt wird. Weitere Gegenstände der Erfindung sind die Polyetherpolyole enthaltend eine Urethangruppe, die Polyetherpolyole erhältlich nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren, die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Polyetherpolyole zur Herstellung eines Polyurethanpolymers sowie die resultierenden Polyurethanpolymere.

The present invention relates to a process for preparing polyether polyols by addition of alkylene oxides onto H-functional starter substances, characterized in that at least one urethane alcohol of formula (II) where R1 is linear or branched C2 to C24-alkylene which may optionally be interrupted by heteroatoms such as O, S or N and may be substituted, R2 is linear or branched C2 to C24-alkylene which may optionally be interrupted by heteroatoms such as O, S or N and may be substituted, R3 is H, linear or branched C1 to C24-alkyl, C3 to C24-cycloalkyl, C4 to C24-aryl, C5 to C24-aralkyl, C2 to C24-alkenyl, C2 to C24-alkynyl, each of which may optionally be interrupted by heteroatoms such as O, S or N and/or each of which may be substituted by alkyl, aryl and/or hydroxyl, is used as H-functional starter compound. The invention further provides the polyether polyols containing a urethane group, the polyether polyols obtainable by the process according to the invention, for the use of the inventive polyether polyols for preparation of a polyurethane polymer, and the resulting polyurethane polymers.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de polyols de polyéther par addition d'oxydes d'alkylène à des composés de départ à fonction H, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme composé de départ à fonction H au moins un alcool d'uréthane de la formule (II) dans laquelle R1 désigne un alkylène C2 à C24 linéaire ou ramifié qui peut éventuellement être interrompu par des hétéroatomes tels que O, S ou N et peut être substitué, R2 désigne un alkylène C2 à C24 linéaire ou ramifié qui peut éventuellement être interrompu par des hétéroatomes tels que O, S ou N et peut être substitué, R3 désigne H, un alkyle C1 à C24 linéaire ou ramifié, un cycloalkyle C3 à C24, un aryle C4 à C24, un aralkyle C5 à C24, un alkényle C2 à C24, un alkinyle C2 à C24 qui peuvent éventuellement être interrompus par des hétéroatomes tels que O, S ou N et/ou peuvent être substitués respectivement par un alkyle, un aryle et/ou un hydroxyle. L'invention concerne également les polyols de polyéther contenant un groupe uréthane, les polyols de polyéther obtenus par le procédé selon l'invention, l'utilisation des polyols de polyéther selon l'invention pour la production d'un polymère de polyuréthane ainsi que les polymères de polyuréthane ainsi obtenus.
