The present invention relates to an actuator system with a magnetic lead screw (50), comprises a magnetic rotor (5) and a translator cylinder (2), the translator cylinder (2) comprises a magnetic stator (16), the translator cylinder (2) has a closed first end (14) and a second end confined by a lid (8), the lid having a shaft opening (17) for a shaft (6) coupled to the magnetic rotor (5), wherein the magnetic rotor (5), when inserted in the translator cylinder (2), is arranged to translate a linear movement of the translator cylinder (2) into a rotational movement of the magnetic rotor by using magnetic flux (82) interacting between the magnetic stator and the magnetic rotor, said rotational movements is being transferred through a shaft (6), the lid (8) with a shaft opening (17) arranged for receiving the shaft (6), wherein the shaft is arranged to make both the linear and the rotational movement in the shaft opening (17), the lid (8) being arranged for confining the second end (15) of the translator cylinder (2), the translator cylinder confined by the lid (8) forms,when divided by the magnetic rotor (5), a first chamber (TC) with a first volume and a second chamber(BC) with a second volume, wherein the first volume and the second volume changes as a function of the linear movement. The invention also relates to a method of operating an actuator system with a magnetic lead screw.

La présente invention concerne un système d'actionneur doté d'une vis-mère magnétique (50) comprenant un rotor magnétique (5) et un cylindre de translation (2), le cylindre de translation (2) comprenant un stator magnétique (16), le cylindre de translation (2) présentant une première extrémité fermée (14) et une seconde extrémité confinée par un couvercle (8), le couvercle comprenant une ouverture d'arbre (17) pour un arbre (6) accouplé au rotor magnétique (5), le rotor magnétique (5), une fois inséré dans le cylindre de translation (2), étant conçu pour assurer la translation d'un mouvement linéaire du cylindre de translation (2) en un mouvement de rotation du rotor magnétique au moyen d'un flux magnétique (82) interagissant entre le stator magnétique et le rotor magnétique, lesdits mouvements de rotation étant transférés par le biais d'un arbre (6), le couvercle (8) comprenant une ouverture d'arbre (17) conçue pour recevoir l'arbre (6), l'arbre étant conçu pour réaliser aussi bien le mouvement linéaire que le mouvement de rotation dans l'ouverture d'arbre (17), le couvercle (8) étant conçu pour confiner la seconde extrémité (15) du cylindre de translation (2), le cylindre de translation confiné par le couvercle (8) formant, lorsqu'il est divisé par le rotor magnétique (5), une première chambre (TC) présentant un premier volume et une seconde chambre (BC) présentant un second volume, le premier volume et le second volume changeant en fonction du mouvement linéaire. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fonctionnement d'un système d'actionneur doté d'une vis-mère magnétique.
