Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure relates to a novel type of recognitive biodegradable nanoparticles and their preparations. In particular, the present disclosure relates to combinations of MIPs and biodegradable nanoparticles. One aspect of the present disclosure is directed to a composition comprising: an outer shell having at least one binding cavity specific for a target molecule; and a biodegradable inner core substantially free of the binding cavity.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau type de nanoparticules biodégradables reconnaissables et leur préparation. La présente invention concerne particulièrement des combinaisons de MIP et de nanoparticules biodégradables. Un aspect de la présente invention concerne une composition comprenant : une coquille extérieure comportant au moins une cavité de liaison spécifique à une molécule cible ; et un noyau intérieur biodégradable sensiblement exempt de la cavité de liaison.
