Abstract:
(EN) A composition comprises (i) an elastomer, (ii) from 1 to 5 volume % of fibrous pulp, the pulp having a specific surface area of from 7 to 11 sq.m./g and the fiber having a fiber length of from 0.5 to 1.1 mm, a tensile modulus of from 2.5 to 130 GPa, and a tensile strength of from 1 to 3 GPa, and (iii) from 5 to 14 volume % of yield-strain promoter in the form of fibers, needles, powder or platelets, wherein the composition has a yield strain of at least 70%, an elongation at break of at least 200%, and a yield stress of at least 4 MPa.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une composition comprenant (i) un élastomère, (ii) de 1 à 5 % en volume de pâte fibreuse, la pâte ayant une surface spécifique de 7 à 11 m2/g et la fibre ayant une longueur de fibre de 0,5 à 1,1 mm, un module d'élasticité en traction de 2,5 à 130 GPa et une résistance à la traction de 1 à 3 GPa, et (iii) de 5 à 14 % en volume de promoteur de déformation à la limite d'élasticité sous la forme de fibres, d'aiguilles, de poudre ou de lamelles, la composition ayant une déformation à la limite d'élasticité d'au moins 70 %, un allongement à la rupture d'au moins 200 % et une limite apparente d'élasticité d'au moins 4 MPa.
