Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a soft metal laminate comprising a porous polyimide resin layer containing 30 to 95 wt% of a polyimide resin and 5 to 70 wt% of fluorine-based resin particles, wherein micropores having a diameter of 0.05 ㎛ to 20 ㎛ are distributed in the porous polyimide resin layer, and to a method for manufacturing the same.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un laminé de métal mou comprenant une couche de résine polyimide contenant 30 à 95% en poids d'une résine polyimide et 5 à 07% en poids de particules de résine à base de fluor, des micropores présentant un diamètre de 0,05 ㎛ à 20 ㎛ étant distribués dans la couche de résine polyimide poreuse. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication dudit laminé.
(KO) 본 발명은, 폴리이미드 수지 30 내지 95중량%; 및 불소계 수지 입자 5 내지 70중량%를 포함한 다공성 폴리이미드 수지층을 포함하고, 상기 다공성 폴리이미드 수지층에는 0.05㎛ 내지 20㎛의 직경을 갖는 미세 기공이 분포하는 연성 금속 적층체 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
