(KO) 낚시용 도래추의 금형 및 그를 이용한 도래추의 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a mold for a fishing swivel sinker and a method for manufacturing a swivel sinker using the same, wherein the body and the ring are made of one selected from brass, cast iron, and stainless steel, thereby preventing water contamination, and the mold is used to manufacture a large amount of fishing swivel sinkers within a short period of time while minimizing defective swivel sinkers. A mold for a fishing swivel sinker according to the present invention is a mold for manufacturing a fishing swivel sinker comprising a body and a ring rotatably coupled to the body, the mold comprising: upper and lower molds having shapes corresponding to each other and having seating portions on which the body and the ring are seated, wherein the upper mold comprises: first and second upper molds separated into left and right sides with reference to the seating portion on which the body is seated; an elastic member positioned between the first and second upper molds to exert an elastic force for spacing the first and second upper molds apart by a predetermined distance; and guide pins positioned around the elastic member such that, when force is applied to the first and second upper molds, the first and second molds do not deviate from predetermined paths.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moule pour un plomb de pêche à émerillon et un procédé pour fabriquer un plomb à émerillon à l'aide de ce dernier, le corps et l'anneau étant faits d'un élément choisi parmi le laiton, la fonte et l'acier inoxydable, empêchant ainsi une contamination par l'eau, et le moule est utilisé pour fabriquer une grande quantité de plombs de pêche à émerillon en une courte période de temps tout en rendant minimaux les plombs à émerillon défectueux. Un moule pour un plomb de pêche à émerillon selon la présente invention est un moule pour fabriquer un plomb de pêche à émerillon comprenant un corps et un anneau accouplé de façon rotative au corps, le moule comprenant : des moules supérieur et inférieur ayant des formes correspondant l'une à l'autre et ayant des parties de siège sur lesquelles sont placés le corps et l'anneau, le moule supérieur comprenant : des premier et second moules supérieurs séparés en côtés gauche et droit par rapport à la partie de siège sur laquelle est placé le corps ; un élément élastique positionné entre les premier et second moules supérieurs pour exercer une force élastique pour espacer les premier et second moules supérieurs d'une distance prédéterminée ; et des goupilles de guidage positionnées autour de l'élément élastique de telle sorte que, lorsqu'une force est appliquée aux premier et second moules supérieurs, les premier et second moules ne dévient pas des trajectoires prédéterminées.
(KO) 본 발명은 본체와 고리의 재질을 황동, 주철, 스테인레스 중 선택된 하나로 구성함으로써 수질 오염을 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 금형을 이용하여 낚시용 도래추를 제조함으로써 도래추의 불량을 최소화시키고, 단시간 내에 대량 생산할 수 있도록 하기 위한 낚시용 도래추의 금형 및 그를 이용한 도래추의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 낚시용 도래추의 금형은 본체와 상기 본체에 회동가능하게 결합되는 고리를 포함하는 낚시용 도래추를 제조하기 위한 금형에 있어서, 상기 금형은 서로 대응되는 형상으로 이루어져 상기 본체와 고리가 안치되는 안치부를 갖는 상형과 하형을 포함하되; 상기 상형은 상기 본체가 안치되는 안치부를 기준으로 좌·우측으로 분리되는 제1상형, 제2상형과; 상기 제1상형, 제2상형 사이에 위치되어 상기 제1상형, 제2상형을 정해진 거리만큼 이격시키기 위한 탄성력을 갖는 탄성부재와; 상기 탄성부재 주위에 위치되어 상기 제1상형, 제2상형에 힘을 가할 시 정해진 경로를 이탈하지 않도록 하기 위한 가이드핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
