Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a notching apparatus for forming an electrode tab on a continuous electrode sheet, an electrode active material being coated on one surface or both surfaces of the electrode sheet in a battery producing process, the notching apparatus comprising: a press for blanking an electrode sheet to form an electrode tab at a part of the electrode sheet, the press having an air spraying hole for spraying air from the lower surface and at least one scrap removing part mounted thereon; a die having an opening having a shape corresponding to the press so that a scrap pressed by the press can be discharged; and a gripper for feeding the electrode sheet by a length corresponding to the press while being synchronized with an operation of the press.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil de réalisation d'encoche permettant de former une languette d'électrode sur une feuille d'électrode continue, un matériau actif d'électrode étant recouvert sur une seule surface ou sur les deux surfaces de la feuille d'électrode dans un procédé de production de batterie, l'appareil de réalisation d'encoche comprenant : une presse destinée à estamper une feuille d'électrode pour former une languette d'électrode au niveau d'une partie de la feuille d'électrode, la presse comportant un trou de pulvérisation d'air destiné à pulvériser de l'air depuis la surface inférieure et au moins une partie d'élimination des déchets montée sur cette dernière ; une matrice qui comporte une ouverture ayant une forme qui correspond à la presse de telle sorte qu'une ferraille pressée par la presse puisse être évacuée ; et un élément de préhension destiné à faire avancer la feuille d'électrode sur une longueur correspondant à la presse tout en étant synchronisé avec le fonctionnement de la presse.
(KO) 본 발명은 전지 생산 공정에서 일면 또는 양면에 전극 활물질이 도포되어 있는 연속적인 전극 시트에 전극 탭을 형성하는 노칭 장치로서, 상기 전극 시트의 일부에 전극 탭이 형성될 수 있도록 전극 시트를 타발하는 프레스로서, 하단면으로부터 공기를 분사하는 공기 분사구가 형성되어 있고, 적어도 하나 이상의 스크랩 제거부가 장착되어 있는 프레스, 상기 프레스에 의해 타발된 스크랩이 배출될 수 있도록, 상기 프레스에 대응하는 형상의 개구가 형성되어 있는 다이, 및 상기 프레스의 동작에 동기화 되어 상기 프레스에 대응하는 크기만큼 전극 시트를 이송하는 그립퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노칭 장치를 제공한다.
