(KO) 복합매질로 이루어진 시편에 대한 X-ray CT 영상의 최소 단위에 존재하는 각 순수매질의 부피비 측정방법
Abstract:
(EN) In performing an X-ray CT scan on a specimen, the volume which each constituent medium accounts for, that is, the volume ratio of the constituent medium mixed in a mixel can be calculated for the corresponding mixel, in which the constituent medium is mixed, among a voxel of the specimen, thereby measuring the volume ratio of each constituent medium existing in the minimum unit in the X-ray CT scan.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, dans la réalisation d'un balayage de tomodensitométrie à rayons X sur un échantillon, le volume que représente chaque milieu constitutif, à savoir, le rapport volumique du milieu constitutif mélangé dans une boîte de pixel mixte peut être calculé pour le pixel mixte correspondant, dans lequel le milieu constitutif est mélangé, parmi un voxel de l'échantillon, mesurant ainsi le rapport volumique de chaque milieu constitutif existant dans l'unité minimale dans le balayage de tomodensitométrie à rayons X.
(KO) 시편에 대해 X-ray CT 촬영을 수행함에 있어서 시편의 복셀 중에서 순수 매질이 혼합되어 있는 믹셀에 대해서, 각각의 순수 매질이 차지하는 부피 즉, 해당 믹셀에 혼합된 순수 매질의 부피비를 산출할 수 있게 되어, X-ray CT 촬영에서의 최소 단위에 존재하는 각 순수매질의 부피비를 측정한다.
