Abstract:
A system for circulating an ultrasound transfer medium comprises: a circulation unit, a cooling tank, a supply unit, a discharge unit, a first valve, and a second valve. The circulation unit comprises a first circulation channel, which is connected to an entrance port of a receiving space, a second circulation channel, which is connected to an exit port of the receiving space, and a third circulation channel, which is connected to the first circulation channel and the second circulation channel, such that, while circulating a predetermined amount of ultrasound transfer medium with regard to the receiving space, the circulation unit cools and degases the ultrasound transfer medium. The cooling tank stores and cools the ultrasound transfer medium. The supply unit supplies the ultrasound transfer medium inside the cooling tank to the first circulation channel via a supply channel, which is connected to the first circulation channel and the third circulation channel. The discharge unit discharges the ultrasound transfer medium inside the receiving space to the cooling tank via a discharge channel, which is connected to the second circulation channel and the third circulation channel. The first valve selectively opens/closes the first and third circulation channels and the supply channel. The second valve selectively opens/closes the second and third circulation channels and the discharge channel.
