Abstract:
(EN)  Provided are a production method which has at least a step (a) for melt-kneading of 0.01-0.6 mass parts of an organic peroxide, 10-400 mass parts of an inorganic filler, and 1-15.0 mass parts of a silane coupling agent into 100 mass parts of a base resin (RB) containing a non-aromatic organic oil and ethylene rubber, at a temperature at or above the decomposition temperature of the organic peroxide, to prepare a silane masterbatch; a heat-resistant, silane-crosslinked resin molded article and a heat-resistant, silane-crosslinkable resin composition produced by this method; a silane masterbatch; and a heat-resistant product.
(FR)  L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication comprenant au moins une étape (a) de préparation d'un mélange maître de silane par mélange et malaxage à une température supérieure à une température de décomposition d'un oxyde de peroxyde, pour 100 parties en poids d'une résine de base (RB) contenant une huile organique non aromatique et un caoutchouc d'éthylène, de 0,01 à 0,6 parties en poids d'un peroxyde organique, de 10 à 400 parties en poids d'une charge inorganique et de 1 à 15,0 parties en poids d'un agent de couplage de silane . L'invention concerne également un corps moulé de résine réticulable au silane thermorésistant obtenu au moyen de ce procédé, une composition de résine réticulable au silane thermorésistante, ainsi qu'un mélange maître de silane et un article thermorésistant.
