Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a deep groove ball bearing in which the excessive outflow of lubricating oil from the bearing is prevented, preventing a reduction in the life due to the shortage of the lubricating oil within the bearing. Balls (30) are assembled between the track groove (11) of an outer ring (10) and the track groove (21) of an inner ring (20), and the balls (30) are held by a first split retainer (41) and by a second split retainer (42) fitted to the inside of the first split retainer (41). During the rotation of both the first split retainer (41) and the second split retainer (42), a pumping action is created by the difference in circumferential speed between the split retainers (41, 42) caused by the difference in diameter between the split retainers (41, 42). The pumping action sucks lubricating oil into the bearing and causes the lubricating oil to flow out from the other side axially of the first split retainer (41). A flange (60) is provided to the other side axially of the first split retainer (41), and the flange (60) prevents the excessive outflow of the lubricating oil.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un roulement à billes à rainures profondes dans lequel il est possible d'empêcher un écoulement excessif d'huile de lubrification du roulement, de façon à empêcher une réduction de la durée de vie du fait du manque d'huile de lubrification à l'intérieur du roulement. Des billes (30) sont assemblées entre la rainure de piste (11) d'une bague externe (10) et la rainure de piste (21) d'une bague interne (20), et les billes (30) sont maintenues par un premier élément de retenue fendu (41) et par un second élément de retenue fendu (42) monté à l'intérieur du premier élément de retenue fendu (41). Pendant la rotation tout à la fois du premier élément de retenue fendu (41) et du second élément de retenue fendu (42), une action de pompage est créée par la différence de vitesse périphérique entre les éléments de retenue fendus (41, 42), provoquée par la différence de diamètre entre les éléments de retenue fendus (41, 42). L'action de pompage aspire l'huile de lubrification dans le roulement et amène l'huile de lubrification à s'écouler de l'autre côté axial par rapport au premier élément de retenue fendu (41). Une bride (60) est située sur l'autre côté axial par rapport au premier élément de retenue fendu (41), la bride (60) empêchant l'écoulement excessif de l'huile de lubrification.
