Abstract:
(EN)  A purpose of the invention is to provide a DPF regeneration control device that can prevent DOC blockage more efficiently than in the past, and that can reliably restore the DOC from a blocked state even when the DOC has actually been blocked. A DPF regeneration control device (10) is provided with: a DPF temperature-raising means (10A) comprising a first temperature-raising means (12) for raising the temperature of a DPF (37) to a prescribed temperature, and a second temperature-raising means (14) for raising the temperature of the DPF higher than the prescribed temperature in collaboration with the first temperature-raising means; a DOC blockage sensing means (10D) for sensing that a DOC (35) is blocked when a blockage parameter, which pertains to DOC blockage detected during automatic regeneration, exceeds a pre-established blockage threshold for a stipulated time; and a DOC blockage countermeasure means (10C) for halting automatic regeneration and giving notification prompting execution of manual regeneration for raising the temperature of the DPF to a higher temperature than in automatic regeneration when DOC blockage is sensed.
(FR)  L'invention a pour but de fournir un dispositif de commande de régénération de filtre à particules (FAP) diesel qui peut empêcher le colmatage du catalyseur d'oxydation de diesel plus efficacement que par le passé, et qui peut restaurer de façon fiable le catalyseur d'oxydation de diesel à partir d'un état colmaté même quand le catalyseur d'oxydation de diesel a été effectivement colmaté. A cet effet, l'invention porte sur un dispositif de commande de régénération de FAP diesel (10) qui est pourvu : d'un moyen d'augmentation de température de FAP diesel (10A) comportant un premier moyen d'augmentation de température (10) pour augmenter la température d'un FAP diesel (37) jusqu'à une température prescrite, et un second moyen d'augmentation de température (14) pour augmenter la température du FAP diesel à une température plus élevée que la température prescrite en collaboration avec le premier moyen d'élévation de température; d'un moyen de détection de colmatage de catalyseur d'oxydation de diesel (10D) pour détecter qu'un catalyseur d'oxydation de diesel (35) est colmaté quand un paramètre de colmatage, qui est associé au colmatage de catalyseur d'oxydation de diesel détecté pendant une régénération automatique, dépasse un seuil de colmatage pré-établi pendant un laps de temps stipulé; et d'un moyen de contre-mesure de colmatage de catalyseur d'oxydation de diesel (10C) pour arrêter une régénération automatique et fournir une notification déclenchant l'exécution d'une régénération manuelle pour augmenter la température du FAP diesel à une température plus élevée que dans la régénération automatique quand un colmatage de catalyseur d'oxydation de diesel est détecté.
(JA)  従来よりも効率よくDOCの閉塞を防止し、且つ実際にDOCが閉塞した場合にも確実に閉塞状態から回復させることの出来るDPF再生制御装置を提供することを目的とし、DPF再生制御装置(10)は、DPF(37)を所定温度まで昇温する第1昇温手段(12)、および該第1昇温手段と協同してDPFを前記所定温度よりも高く昇温する第2昇温手段(14)と、からなるDPF昇温手段(10A)と、自動再生の実行中に検出されるDOC(35)の閉塞に関する閉塞パラメータが予め定められる閉塞閾値を規定時間上回った時に、DOCが閉塞していると検知するDOC閉塞検知手段(10D)と、DOCが閉塞していると検知された時に、自動再生を中止するとともに、自動再生よりもDPFを高温に昇温する手動再生の実行を促す旨を報知するDOC閉塞対策手段(10C)と、を備える。
