Provided is a highly energy-efficient dehumidification system. This dehumidification system (S) is equipped with: solar power generation units (201); a hot-water pump (202) that circulates hot water via pipes (f1, f2); a dehumidifier (10) that adsorbs moisture from air in a processing area (A1), and releases the moisture in a regeneration area (A2); a hot-water heat exchanger (205) that exchanges heat between hot water and air via the hot-water pump (202); a regeneration fan (203) that blows air through the regeneration area (A2); an inverter (204) installed in the hot-water pump (202); and a control device (400) that controls the inverter (204) on the basis of an evaluation function calculated by subtracting the overall power consumption of the system from the power generated by solar power generation panels (201a).
