Abstract:
(EN) A high-frequency power amplifier (10) is provided with a first high-frequency amplifier (11), a final high-frequency amplifier (12), and a tunable filter (13). The tunable filter (13) is connected between the first high-frequency amplifier (11) and the final high-frequency amplifier (12). The first high-frequency amplifier (11) and the final high-frequency amplifier (12) are multimode/multiband power amplifiers. The frequency range of a transmission signal in a communication band for transmitting/receiving signals is within the passband of the tunable filter (13), and the frequency range of a reception signal is adjusted so as to be within an attenuation band. The tunable filter (13) switches between the passband and the attenuation band depending on the communication band for transmitting/receiving signals.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un amplificateur de puissance à haute fréquence (10) pourvu d'un premier amplificateur à haute fréquence (11), d'un amplificateur à haute fréquence terminal (12) et d'un filtre à accord variable (13). Le filtre à accord variable (13) est connecté entre le premier amplificateur à haute fréquence (11) et l'amplificateur à haute fréquence terminal (12). Le premier amplificateur à haute fréquence (11) et l'amplificateur à haute fréquence terminal (12) sont des amplificateurs de puissance multimodes/multibandes. La gamme de fréquences d'un signal d'émission dans une bande de communication d'émission/réception de signaux est dans la bande passante du filtre à accord variable (13), et la gamme de fréquences d'un signal de réception est ajustée de façon à être à l'intérieur d'une bande atténuée. Le filtre à accord variable (13) commute entre la bande passante et la bande atténuée en fonction de la bande de communication d'émission/réception de signaux.
(JA) 高周波パワーアンプ(10)は、第1高周波増幅器(11)、終段高周波増幅器(12)、およびチューナブルフィルタ(13)を備える。チューナブルフィルタ(13)は、第1高周波増幅器(11)と終段高周波増幅器(12)との間に接続されている。第1高周波増幅器(11)と終段高周波増幅器(12)はマルチモード/マルチバンドパワーアンプである。チューナブルフィルタ(13)は、送受信する通信バンドの送信信号の周波数帯域を通過帯域内に有し、受信信号の周波数帯域が減衰帯域内になるように調整される。チューナブルフィルタ(13)は、送受信する通信バンドによって、通過帯域と減衰帯域とを切り替える。
