Title: NUCLEIC ACID MOLECULE WHICH BINDS TO CLENBUTEROL, AND USE THEREOF
Abstract:
Provided is a nucleic acid molecule which can be used to detect clenbuterol. This nucleic acid molecule which binds to clenbuterol includes at least one polynucleotide selected from the group consisting of: (a) a polynucleotide comprising at least any one of the base sequences represented by SEQ ID NOs: 1-5; (b) a polynucleotide which binds to clenbuterol, and which comprises a base sequence at least 80% identical to the base sequence of (a); and (c) a polynucleotide which binds to clenbuterol, and which comprises a base sequence complementary to a polynucleotide that hybridizes, under stringent conditions, with a polynucleotide comprising the base sequence of (a). The at least one polynucleotide includes at least one modified base.
