The present invention relates to a system for calculating a conveyance path for conveyance in a suspended state using a conveyance device such as a crane, and provides a technique which enables calculating an optimal suspension orientation by which interference can be avoided, and a conveyance path which includes an arcuate trajectory. This conveyance path calculation system is provided with a calculation device which performs processing for generating a conveyance path on which the conveyance device can convey a conveyance object between intermediate points inside of a building, in an orientation in suspension, and on a trajectory that includes an arcuate trajectory. The calculation device is provided with: an orientation calculation unit which uses building data, conveyance object data, mechanism parameters of the conveyance device, intermediate point information, etc., to calculate candidates for the orientation in suspension of the conveyance object inside of the building; a trajectory calculation unit which calculates trajectory candidates that include an arcuate trajectory; an interference calculation unit which determines whether there would be interference between the building and the conveyance object in the orientation in suspension on the candidate trajectories; and a path calculation unit which determines an orientation in suspension by which interference will be avoided and a conveyance path which includes an arcuate path.
