Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an optical measurement device that can measure the balance between the supply and utilization of oxygen in the metabolism of a subject. An optical measurement device (20) is provided with: a photodetector (22) that measures, by receiving light (R1 and R2) that is incident from a subject (31), the amounts of a plurality of biological substances that are contained in the subject (31); and a processing unit (23) that functions as a degree of activity calculating unit that calculates, on the basis of the amounts detected by the photodetector (22) for the plurality of biological substances, the degree of activity of at least two metabolic pathways from among energy metabolism, nucleic acid metabolism, amino acid metabolism, and lipid metabolism.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure optique qui peut mesurer l'équilibre entre la fourniture et l'utilisation d'oxygène dans le métabolisme d'un sujet. Un dispositif de mesure optique (20) est pourvu : d'un photodétecteur (22) qui mesure, par réception de lumière (R1 et R2) qui est incidente par rapport à un sujet (31), les quantités d'une pluralité de substances biologiques qui sont contenues dans le sujet (31) ; et d'une unité de traitement (23) qui sert de degré d'unité de calcul d'activité qui calcule, sur la base des quantités détectées par le photodétecteur (22) des plusieurs substances biologiques, le degré d'activité d'au moins deux voies métaboliques parmi le métabolisme énergétique, le métabolisme d'acide nucléique, le métabolisme d'aminoacide et le métabolisme lipidique.
