Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a pneumatic tire in which a mechanical fastener member for attaching an object is installed on the inner surface of the pneumatic tire, the mechanical fastener member being joined to a tire inner peripheral surface with very high joint strength, and a method of manufacturing the pneumatic tire. In the pneumatic tire according to the present invention, one of two members of the mechanical fastener member which is separable into the two members is fixed on the tire inner surface while protruding on the tire inner cavity side, the mechanical fastener member having a fixing strength of 0.1 to 100 (N/mm2). According to the method of manufacturing the pneumatic tire of the present invention, the mechanical fastener member is placed on the inner surface of a green tire prior to vulcanized molding, the fastener member protruding on the tire inner cavity side, a space formed between around the tip of the protruding portion of the mechanical fastener member and the green tire inner surface around the mechanical fastener member is loaded with a collar member filling the space and subjected to a vulcanized molding step, and then the collar is removed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un bandage pneumatique dans lequel un élément de fixation mécanique destiné à fixer un objet est installé sur la surface interne du bandage pneumatique, l'élément de fixation mécanique étant relié à une surface périphérique interne du pneu avec une résistance d'assemblage très élevée, et un procédé de fabrication du bandage pneumatique. Dans le bandage pneumatique selon la présente invention, un des deux éléments de l'élément de fixation mécanique qui peut être séparé en ces deux éléments est fixé sur la surface interne du pneu tout en faisant saillie sur le côté de cavité interne du pneu, l'élément de fixation mécanique présentant une résistance de fixation allant de 0,1 à 100 (N/mm2). Selon le procédé de fabrication du bandage pneumatique de la présente invention, l'élément de fixation mécanique est placé sur la surface interne d'un pneu cru avant le moulage vulcanisé, l'élément de fixation faisant saillie sur le côté de cavité interne du pneu, un espace formé entre l'alentour de la pointe de la partie faisant saillie de l'élément de fixation mécanique et la surface interne du pneu cru autour de l'élément de fixation mécanique est chargé d'un élément collier remplissant l'espace et soumis à une étape de moulage vulcanisé, et puis le collier est retiré.
(JA)  本発明は、空気入りタイヤの内面に物体を取り付けるための機械的留め具部材を設けた空気入りタイヤにおいて、その機械的留め具材を非常に高い接合強度でタイヤ内周面に接合させた空気入りタイヤと該空気入りタイヤの製造方法を提供する。本発明の空気入りタイヤは、タイヤ内面に、2つの部材に分離できる機械的留め具のうちの一方の部材であってかつタイヤ内腔側に突出して固定されている機械的留め具部材を有し、該機械的留め具部材の固定強度が0.1~100(N/mm2)である空気入りタイヤである。また、本発明の空気入りタイヤの製造方法は、加硫成形される前のグリーンタイヤの内面に、タイヤ内腔側に突出させて前記機械的留め具部材を配置し、該機械的留め具部材の突出部分の突出先端部付近と、該機械的留め具部材の周辺のグリーンタイヤ内表面との間に形成される空間に、該空間を埋めるカラー部材を装填して加硫成形工程に供し、しかる後、カラーを除去するものである。
